A Japanese whisky sour with orgeat, amontillado sherry, lemon and orange juices, honey syrup, amaro, and Angostura and mole bitters. It is lightly tart, sweet, and moderately strong at about 13% ABV.

Short shake all the ingredients with 3 ice cubes, then strain into a pilsner glass filled with crushed ice. Skewer the lime wheel, orange crescent, and cherry on a cocktail pick and insert into the ice along with a mint sprig.
